Our responsibility to our patients:
- You will be treated with respect whenever you visit or telephone the clinic.
- You will have a channel to feedback on your care and services.
- You have a right to confidentiality.
- We will offer appointment times for non-urgent consultations.
- Written requests for repeat prescriptions, where agreed by the doctor, will be available for collection in two working days.
- Patients will be treated as individuals and partners in their healthcare, irrespective of their ethnic origin or religious or cultural beliefs.
- We will attend to patients with life threatening conditions first should they present to the clinic.
The Patient's Responsibilities:
For our team to give you and fellow patients the best possible service, we would ask you to note the following guidelines:
- Provide information necessary for your care
- Follow the doctor's recommended treatment plan
- Show respect and consideration for others
- Keep your phone call brief and avoid calling during the peak morning and late evening time for non-urgent matters.
- Do proceed to the nearest hospital’s Accident and Emergency if you encounter a serious or life-threatening situation.
- We reserve the right to protect our staff from any physical or verbal abuse
- Remember, you are responsible for your own health and the health of your children. We will give you our professional help and advice but need your co-operation to keep you healthy.
